Pinnacle Inspections, has been serving East KY and East TN since 2018. Founded by Jason Lynn Smith, Pinnacle Inspections, provides home inspections for anyone in Kentucky or Tennessee who is considering a purchase, prelisting, or building a home. Jason will perform a full evaluation of the home's visible and readily accessible components, delivering a full report using the American Society of Home Inspectors' Standards of Practice.

In addition to choosing home inspections as a profession, Jason currently works as a high school science teacher. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master's degree in Education from Union College.

Through high school and college, Jason was responsible for helping maintain various structural, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation components for his late grandparent's rental business. Jason has found the perfect intersect for his skill-set and a desire to educate people in a more personal fashion with home ownership.

When he's not inspecting homes, Jason loves to spend time with his beautiful family Amber and Whitney. Jason is also a freelance bass player and loves working outdoors and traveling to Gatlinburg for quick weekend trips.
